Here you’ll find answers to the most common questions about coaching, therapy, and how I work

What’s the difference between coaching and therapy?

Coaching is action-focused; it helps you move forward, set goals, and create change in your present and future. Therapy often explores deeper emotional patterns, past experiences, and healing.  I use a blend of both where appropriate, supporting the whole of you: emotionally, mentally, and practically.

How do I know if this is right for me?

If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for something to shift, this is likely for you. You don’t have to be in crisis to benefit. Many clients work with me to grow their confidence, navigate change, or explore what’s next in their personal or professional life.

What kind of tools or methods do you use?

I draw from an extensive range of tools and techniques; however, my core tools are coaching, therapy, EFT, NLP, and hypnotherapy, all tailored to your needs. Whether you’re working on anxiety, confidence, clarity, or emotional healing, we choose the tools that support your journey best.

Each of these methods is explained in full at the bottom of my homepage. Simply scroll down and click on any technique you’re curious about.

Do I choose the approach, or do you?

Together we decide what will work best for you. I’ll guide you based on your goals and what you’re comfortable with, so you never have to figure it all out on your own.

What can you help with?

Clients come to me for a wide range of personal and professional help, including:

  • Confidence, visibility, and self-worth

  • Imposter syndrome and overthinking

  • Work-life balance and burnout

  • Emotional blocks or unprocessed pain

  • Business or career transitions

  • Goal-setting and decision-making

  • Boundaries and communication

  • Women's health and mindset

  • Feeling good enough

How long do I need to commit for?

That depends on your goals. Some clients get what they need in 3-4 sessions. Others work with me for 6–16 weeks for deeper transformation. Additional independent sessions can be added to any package.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. I offer flexible payment plans for longer-term packages to make coaching or therapy more accessible. We can discuss options during your consultation.

How do I pay?

Payment is made securely online via bank transfer or payment link (depending on location). Details will be provided when you book.

What’s your cancellation and refund policy?

Do you work online or in person?

All sessions are currently held online via Zoom, which allows flexibility and comfort, especially for clients with busy lives or in different locations.

Is everything confidential?

Yes, everything you share is treated with the utmost care, respect, and confidentiality. I provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for you to be fully yourself.

However, there are a few rare legal and ethical exceptions where I may need to break confidentiality. These include:

  • If you disclose an intention to harm yourself or someone else

  • If there is a safeguarding concern involving a child or vulnerable adult

  • If you disclose involvement in, or knowledge of, a serious crime (e.g., terrorism, abuse, or money laundering)

  • If I’m legally required to share information by a court

  • If I discuss work in supervision (your identity remains anonymous)

If anything ever needed to be shared, I would aim to discuss it with you first, unless doing so would put someone at risk.

In these rare cases, I have a legal and ethical duty to take appropriate action to ensure safety. If you ever have questions about this, I’m always happy to talk it through.
