Cancellation & Refund Policy
Life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. To ensure fairness and maintain the quality of service, please take note of the following:

Cancellation Policy:

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 24 hours’ notice will not warrant a refund, or transfer/ reschedule.

In the event of a no-show, the full session fee will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Refund Policy:
-
If you decide to cancel a coaching or therapy package after the first session, a refund for the remaining sessions will be made, minus a £25 administrative fee.

No refunds will be provided after the second session or once a package has been completed.

If you have already received a package discount and choose to cancel, the full session rate may apply to any completed sessions, and the remaining sessions will be refunded accordingly.

Rescheduling Policy:

If you need to reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. If rescheduling occurs within less than 24 hours, a rebooking fee may be applied.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be arranged within 7 days of the former scheduled appointment.

Missed/Late Arrivals:
-
If you miss an appointment without prior notice (a “no-show”), no refund will be issued.

A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed for late arrivals. After this time, the session will be considered missed and non-refundable.

If notified within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, any remaining session time can be used. However, please note that the full content of the session may not be completed within the shortened time frame.

It is essential to attend all scheduled sessions at the agreed-upon dates and times in order to maintain continuity of progress and achieve a successful outcome.

Package Expiry:

All packages must begin within 1 month of the start date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing/ contract.

If you are unable to attend sessions due to serious illness or other circumstances, please notify me as soon as possible, and we can discuss the possibility of an extension.

Force Majeure (Exceptional Circumstances):
-
In the case of unforeseen circumstances, such as severe illness, family emergencies, or events beyond your control (e.g., natural disasters), I am happy to work with you to reschedule or find a suitable alternative, as long as reasonable notice is given.

Non-Transferability:
-
Coaching or therapy sessions are non-transferable to other individuals and must be used by the person who booked the sessions.

Online Appointments:
-
For online sessions, 24 hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling is required. If you do not attemd an online session or are unable to attend due to technical issues on your end, the session will be considered missed, and no refund will be issued.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that they have functional equipment and a safe, appropriate environment for online sessions.

Payment Terms:

To secure your session date and time, payment is due in advance for all packages or for additional-session bookings. If payments are not received by the agreed date, your session may be postponed or canceled.
